The Member Update Form is used to update your file. This is not for new applicants or to amend applications for membership. This form is used for Society members who have already submitted their Membership Acceptance Form. Students are encouraged to periodically update their file to remain in the scholarship eligibility pool.
Scholarship eligibility is determined in January of each year,
for students who have joined the Society for the previous year.
Members may update their files at any time and are responsible
for doing so in order to remain in the scholarships eligibility
pool. However, member updates are not required in order to maintain
membership in the Society. Recommended update information includes
any awards, memberships, personal attributes, honors, experiences
or accomplishments that have changed since the initial application
was filed.
